The force due to gravity on a man is proportional to his mass and inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the centre of the earth.
If a man weighs 90kg and the radius of the earth is 6.4 x 10^6 metres, the force acting on him is 8 x 10^-4 Newton.
What is the force acting on a man weighing 80kg when he is in a satellite 1 million metres above the surface of the earth???

I'm quit sure its a real place and that I took an astral travel there. I was flying and I'm pretty sure that means an astral travel rather than just a dream.
It's a grassy little park area surounded by a big city.
Its someplace celebrities went in the past or the present maybe.
It might be in L.A somewhere.
I don't expect anyone whos not psychic to answer this with such little to go by.
Thats why I need a real psychic.
Why would I travel there? It seems so trivial.

My mom wasn't sure if it was true either, but said she thought she'd share it anyway:

Planet Mars is coming closer to the earth and will be the brightest planet in our night sky starting in August. It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. It will maximize on August 27 when Mars comes within 34.65M miles of earth.
Be sure to watch the sky on August 27 at 12:30 a.m. It will look like the earth has two moons. The next time Mars may come this close is 2287. Share this with your friends, as NO ONE ALIVE TODAY WILL EVER SEE IT AGAIN.

If two days are equidistant from the summer solstice, shouldn't the earth be at the same angle to the sun on each, and shouldn't this cause the temperatures to be about the same on average for both days? Why is it always hotter after the solstice?

I asked the question about the closed minded and the paranormal and one of the answers brought me to another question. Why can people believe blindly in religion but not the paranormal?

Religion has its spirits, since the bible talks of spirits what makes you think they can't exist today?

One of Merriam Websters definitions of spirit is: "a supernatural being or essence: as a capitalized : HOLY SPIRIT b : SOUL 2a c : an often malevolent being that is bodiless but can become visible; specifically : GHOST 2 d : a malevolent being that enters and possesses a human being."

A lot of skeptics use religion as a reason not to believe in "ghosts" or "spirits" but they hear about them every Sunday.

I will qualify this question with a few comments of my own. I am not asking anyone to blindly believe anything nor do I tend to believe anything I hear and only half of what I see but I do find it interesting that those who won't believe in paranormal spirits believe in religious spirits
