the answer is 6(4x-3y)(x+y)

Here is how:

24x^2 +6xy -18y^2
= 6(4x^2 +xy - 3y^2)
= 6(4x^2 +4xy - 3xy -3y^2)
= 6(4x(x + y) -3y(x+y))
= 6(4x-3y)(x+y)

Hope it helps!
