I mean, the only evidence for it is in comic books, and the only people demonstrating it are proffessional illusionists.

I can understand having faith in something without proof, but this is way beyond that. It seems 2 or 3 people ask everyday about this. Why?

Why ask how to develop powers, its obvious noone else knows, or there would be people who could do it.

I found this huge caterpillar in my back yard. It is about 3 1/2 inches long, and as thick as my thumb. It's flesh colored (but is faint green on its underside, so it may have been true green at one point), not hairy or bristly, and has only 1 very small horn on the end of it. It has some very, very faint pale cream or yellow dots on the side of it (one on each segment), and the same color of lines going diagonal up its body.

Can you name this mystery creature? If you can, and find a pic on the web for me, then I'll give you the best answer points...

Thanks!

When I was in school I remember they were trying to teach us the standard units of measure at the same time as the new Metric system. Then all of a sudden they announced no bother they were not going to the Metric system. What was behind the decision to switch and then not to?

A car is traveling along a straight road at a velocity of +37.0 m/s when its engine cuts out. For the next ten seconds, the car slows down, and its average acceleration is 1. For the next five seconds, the car slows down further, and its average acceleration is 2. The velocity of the car at the end of the fifteen-second period is +20.6 m/s. The ratio of the average acceleration values is 1/2 = 1.52. Find the velocity of the car at the end of the initial ten-second interval.
