Hey has anyone been watching the current meteor shower? It seems that the moon is in the way or at least makes it very hard to see. Has anyone had any luck. It's supposed to peak tonight and I wanted to know if it was worth watching.

An old retarded atheist came up with a silly theory and now millions are consistently finding ways to keep this theory alive. Is there a motive? We keep finding species that were thought to be extinct and even with modern technology still no "missing link". I have read the origin of species and fully believe that if the retarded old guy was still alive he would concede he was wrong. The saddest is that Darwin's friends are still trying to keep the theory alive with silly subsequent theories such as punctuated equilibrium. Is it too hard to admit that we have no idea how we came to be. The hoaxes are so pathetic - Piltdown Man, Nebraska Man, Urey/Miller. This is not a religious question and I am not talking about evolutionary processes that are provable through scientific methods.

This has always bothered me...After the Columbia disaster. Many people including NASA said there was no way to save them even if they knew the extent of the damage to the RCC wing edge...My question is ...Couldn't they have directed the shuttle to ISS or was there not enough fuel? I know they could have sent another shuttle up for a rescue mission..What are your thoughts on this?

If we really landed on the moon in 1969, shouldn't the proof be easily obtainable? Just turn one of those satellite cameras towards the moon and take a picture of Tranquility Base. I am aware of the observatory that bounces a lazer off of something the astronauts left there, but a picture is worth a thousand words and conspiracy theorists would have to let it rest then so...

Pope: Creation vs. evolution clas an 'absurdity'
Benedict XVI also says humans must listen to ‘the voice of the Earth’
MSNBC News Services
Updated: 1:55 p.m. CT July 25, 2007

“They are presented as alternatives that exclude each other,” the pope said. “This clash is an absurdity because on one hand there is much scientific proof in favor of evolution, which appears as a reality that we must see and which enriches our understanding of life and being as such.”

He said evolution did not answer all the questions: “Above all it does not answer the great philosophical question, ‘Where does everything come from?’”
