Aliens observe us from underground and underwater by using small periscopes which pop up for observations and then dissappear back into the medium of soil or sea water.
Numerous small periscopes of unknown origin have been discovered over the years and may have been brought to Earth by these Aliens and dropped or lost accidently. Possibly this occurred when the alien was attacked by some wild creature or hungry fish like a shark, or baracudda.
I have also heard stories about Aliens using large arrays of magnets to suck in radio waves from out there in deep space. It is fairly obvious that with sufficiently large magnetic antenna arrays at least some of the radio and television signals from Earth may have been detected and received. Signals from Channel 9 Television seem to be affected, somehow, along the East Coast of the United States. So, certain programming on that Channel must interest the Aliens quite a bit.
I recall reading several interesting stories in Encounter Magazine where UFO Abductees reported Aliens seemed to have a kind of brain to brain data link that permitted thought communications between them. If that report is correct, then it is not to great a jump in logic to assume that Aliens can also tune into our thoughts if they are within the necessary range. This would most certainly preclude the active "Hunting" of Aliens as a means of triggering a meeting or confrontation between mankind and visiting Alien Life Forms. Such technologies would seem to be limited to ranges not exceeding several nautical miles due to the possibility of receiver receptor overload.

Don't you know that they have a "Somebody Else's Problem Field"? The SEPF is cheaper than an invisibility field and almost as effective. Anyone seeing them when the field is turned on thinks "That's somebody else's problem." and immediately forgets them. (Thanks to the late Douglas Adams).
When the field isn't working, they hide behind grains of sand. Many unfortunate aliens have been incorporated into concrete by unobservant humans over the past century or so. All that way across the Universe to end up as part of a garden path.

They tap into the vast networks of CCTV cameras & watch our every move. To the rest of the universe the Earth is like a long running reality show; Bigger Brother 3000.
It's worth noting that since its first airing it has also spawned a series of parasite shows. The foremost being Bigger Brothers Littler Second Cousin & Bigger Brothers Gaping Celestial Orifice.
The Martian Times described it;

What is an alien, some other form of life that could already be inside a human vessel, just because some cna not see them does not mean they are not there. if you were an alien, what woudl you do, show yourslef in a pyshical form so humans can try to disect and see whats inside or to remain hidden and safe.

Since the beginning of radio signal transmission, we've been sending out radio and TV signal to every direction of the universe. If there's a intelligent being that is capable of interpreting these signal and view the message, they could watch humans in TV shows lol.

Aliens have far more sophisticated surveillance equipment
than us. So be careful about posting messages about them.
I think that some of the posts on here could be from aliens
they're watching us all the time. Some of us just know what we know. AAAAAAAAAAAAgh!

assuming they are observing us. maybe they have something that makes the invisible or a telescope to see up from wherever they are. or maybe they got video cameras or something. or maybe they sit back and pick up are signals like from the tv or something. or maybe they are like us wondering if aliens are watching them. and can't get to far away from the planet to find out. oh and theirs always the possibility that they are living among us as average everyday humans. who knows i guess until the public is aware we will always wonder.

To aliens a peeping tom is a noble profession.
They never disguise themselves as us because we are to ugly to them,they would vomit and we would spot them.
Watch for anything unusual,fire hydrants conversing,bees flying backwards,there are many clues,be vigilant.
