Cults and evil stuff are really paranormal phenomenas to me. Don't take on the wrong side, I'm just curious about it. Any scientific or mathematic point of view to explain this?

They must consume human blood to maintain their human appearance, with evidence ranging from Sumerian tablets describing the "Anunnaki" (which translates as those from heaven to earth came), to the serpent in the Bibical Garden of Eden. Could this be a conspiracy to cover up something?

Ideally, two persons (one on each end a mile apart) would keep pulling the yarn until it either breaks or lifts off of the ground. The real question here is: Which would occur first?

Stipulations:
- The humans are average ...
- Normal yarn is used. (whatever that means)
- It takes place here on Earth.
- It is over even ground.
- There is no other outside force (wind, static, etc...).

*I'm sure there are a thousand stipulations I could write here and still leave things out, but I think you get what I am saying (typing)...

You are given 1L of ethanol.

If you place this 1L ethanol in a 3m x 2.5m x 2.5m room, not all of the ethanol will evaporate.

The Question, then, is:
How much will remain if the vapor pressure of ethanol at 25C is 59mm Hg and the density of the liquis at 25C is .785 g/cm^3?

an object is thrown upward at an angle x above the ground, eventually returning to earth.
a) is there any place along the trajectory where the velocity and acceleration are perpendicular?
b)Is there any place where the velocity and acceleration are parallel? If so, where? In each case, explain.
**I think that i need to find the acc. and velocity. but how do i compares in term of perpendicular and parallel?

I have a right-angled triangle. It is labelled A, B and C (for the different sides).
The trianglehas two angles labelled a and b as well as the 90degree angle.
a is 40degrees and is close to A. I was given values for the sides AB, AC and also BC for the previous question I completed. AB was 5, AC was 4 and BC was 3.

For the 1st part of this question (a) AB is 10 (double what is was in the 1st question, I don't know whether it holds any relevance.

The question:

Draw a separate new diagram of triangle ABC and label its dimensions for each of the following:

a) AB=10, AC=x, BC=y. Find x and y

b) AC=10, BC=z, AB=w. Find z and w

c) BC=10, AB=u, AC=v. Find u and v.

sin=O/H
cos=A/H
tan=O/A

O=Opposite
A=Adjacent
H=Hypotenuse.

Please help me! Please tell me how you did it. (write it down in the steps so I can follow so I can learn how to do it). Thankyou.

I mean, IF evolution did occur, I dont think it would have happened the way scientist claim it has. Without eyes or eyesite, how did DNA know how to create it? How did an organism know it needed eyes when it never had it before? Without eyes, and with evolution, wouldnt it find a way around the need for eyesite? The cause for evolution is the need for something better, so the first single cells wouldnt have evolved because they were/are perfectly fine where they are. Survival of the fittest, if we came from single cells, why do we still have them today?

I've been doing homework since I got home from schoo.
Research for a project, science homework,7 page book report,history outline,blah.
Now it's 10 something and I really need to get some sleep.
I need help with a couple of questions that are on my math homework.
1. What is the radius of a cylinder with a height of 18.5 in. and a surface area of 1120.98 inches?
2. what is the radius of a cylinder with a height of 4.2 m. and a surface area of 1808.64 cm.
3. Determine the dimensions and the volume of the largest cylinder that can be placed inside a box that has dimensions 14 in. by 7 in. by 2 in. Explain your reasoning. How much extra space is there inside the box?
4. A cylindrical barrel 3 feet high has a base with radius of 18 inches. You are filling the barrel with sand. If the sand weighs 0.86 ounces per cubic inch and the empty barrel weighs 5 pounds, what will the total weight be when the barrel is full.
