How do I solve these?

I live at Altoona PA and i want to move out of this state after the last year of my college. Why I want to move is because the weather sucks here and the hospital we have down here doesn't have a nicu here and thats what I'm studing at college.I got a few questions my first is the weather here isn't bad, we don't have turndoas or hurricans but the winter is cold and i HATE the cold so i was just wondering where i could move to that has nice summer weather but that DOESN"T have turndoas or hurricans or any bad weather. I want to move somewhere that has like warm weather all year round but does not have have anything bad like the hurricans where is that at? And my other question is that state that your giving me have a big hospital with a nicu in it. PLEASE help i know this is a stupid question but i'm bored and i want to know. lol thanks...
