Volume of cone=1/3*pi*r^3
Thus ratio=1/3*pi*R1^3:1/3*pi*R2^3
=R1^3:R2^3
=9^3:4^3
=729:64
=729/64...answer

Ratio of the volumes is (9/4)Â³ = 729/64 = 11.390625
