Something, I'm assuming a rat or mouse, has apparently died in the insulation under my house. I think its on top of the heating ducts, stuck under the floor in the insulation. I can't locate it and the smell is really bad. Fortunately it's not affecting the entire house. Very unfortunately, the room affected is my bedroom! We have incense and glade plug ins all over the place but I'm wondering how long we're going to have to wait it out before its not so funky in there anymore.

Are there any web sites that have full episodes of Fashion House or Desire? I've already ruled out YouTube and Dailymotion. I would be interested in web sites that offer written reviews on these shows as well but prefer a video. Thanks.

I'm serious. A friend asked me and I didn't know the answer. If, on an evolutionary scale, a man's testicles are the most important organ in his body, then why are they not protected within it? They may not be important to an individual life, but they are essential to the continuation of the species.

A solution is prepared by dissolving 0.050 mol of HCN and 0.025 mol NaCN in 100 ml of water, what is the pH?

Okay, I know to redo molarities so HCN--> .5 and NaCN--> .25
pH=-log (H)^(1/2)

but NaCN is a salt right.. a neutral salt so pH= 7.0

The answer is 8.91 but I cant seem to get the process help!!!

I'm having trouble with this one...I don't understand why f(x) isn't 3 - (x/4) - sqrt(x+9)? That's the right answer, right?

Consider the area between the graphs x + 4y = 12 and x + 9 = y^2.

integral from 0 to -9 of f(x)dx + integral from 40 to 0 of g(x)dx

f(x) = ?
g(x) = ?
