How will I use Keplers second and third laws to compare their motions around the earth?

The third law tells you that satellite in the bigger orbit takes longer to complete one orbit that the other one, and the second law says that each satellites changes speed as it moves around its elliptical orbit, moving faster at the low point and slower at the high point.
