there are many things called for a changes on substance.
1. Physical Change - a change that DOES NOT make/produce a new substance.
2. Chemical Change - a change that DOES make/produce a new substance.

Yeah, you should be more specific.

There are a few different changes that can be called different things.

There are State Changes: Freezing, Melting etc.

Molecular Changes, this can be creating or destroying bonds between elements. Called Combustion, etc.

There are also Nuclear Changes; Particle Decay, Fission, Fusion

There's probably other stuff, too.

Chemical change :D Endothermic reaction is a reaction that requires heat to occur Exothermic reaction is a reaction that gives off heat when occured Physical change involves no change in the nature of the substance but change in its state (( liquid to gas .. etc ))

If you mean change in physical states, like liquid to solid, or liquid to gas, its "change of PHASE".
