I need to create a cell analogy. my teacher used the example of a factory, so i am unable to use that. i need to create an analogy using a system, where everything works together. please name what each part of the EUKARYOTIC cell would be, including all of the organelle's analogies in the system. thank you in advance. :)

For example***
my teacher used the factory:
nucleus- control panel
ER- conveyer belts.

i need an example for each of these organelles:
nucleus
mitochondria
smooth endoplasmic reticulum
rough endoplasmic reticulum
golgi apparatus (also known as the golgi complex)
lysosome
centriole
ribosomes
microtubules
microfilaments

please try to fit as many of these into a specific system as possible, no need for all of them!

personally, i was kind of addicted in practicing it..but even though i know that it's bad, i still can't resist my personal desire to do it.. it has already influenced my psychological thinking.. recently, i've manage to do it once or twice a week.. i know there are benefits but what are disadvantages? are their diseases or do sperms lose or does an organ malfunction?
note: please, this is a question for matured persons so don't answer yuck! or eeooww! or even don't know! it's a human activity.. if you say so, you're still a child, you don't deserve to be a human. god! how i hate dumb answerers..!

This is something I have always wondered about. It seems logical to me that nothing should exist. So you would have absolute darkness, absolute cold and absolute silence, because it takes energy for any of that to change. In all of the endless years of unrecorded time, apparantly nothing happened. Then suddenly energy/matter appeared like magic. What changed? Excuse my ignorance of physics but I am not sure physicists really know.
