U need an enlish speaking environment. Yahoo answers is a good choice, yet u need 2 distinguish between good & bad english. U can learn good english from newspapers and news channels. Pick up small elements on a daily basis & try 2 apply them on yahoo answers or other interactive facilities. If u don't have anything, why not create it urself? Form a group with ur friends who aspire 2 learn good english. Within a few months u will b a part of a nice english speaking environment.

Practice with someone.
Use one of those recorded CD programs that are sold. They give you a phrase and then you have to repeat it.
Try to arrange a group also studing and have meetings where you all sit around and correct each other...

if you get a good teacher, it'll be easier but like any other language, there are no short cuts
