I saw the movie "The One" w/ Bruce Lee the other day. (crappy as hell movie). But it made me start to think, what if there really are parrallel universes. I mean if you think about it, it is totally possible. And it makes perfect sense. Parrallel universes also bring the idea that there is the possibility of "determinism" also exists. There is just so much to think about concernin this sort of thing. So all of your opinions are welcome. I want to hear what you have to say.

Ok, i have to graph a ploygon using vertex that i have created, which are (0,-5),(-3,-1),(1,6),(7,1). Since i have to find the distance/length of each side, i was just wondering if it matter which side i labeled A, B, C and D?

Lets say i chose (0,-5) as A, and (-3,-1) as B, and found the distance, would that matter? what if i did it vice-versa?

im just kind of confuse, thanks.

While working in the nursery at the hospital for my clinical rotation one day we gave an infant a dum dum(the candy) to lick on prior to performing a circumcision. I was told that its used as a form of pain management and that it had something to do with the sugar in the candy. Can anyone explain how this works to block pain sensation?
