To find if a number is divivsible by...
2-The dividend must be even
3-Add all of the numbers together. If the number comesout to a number divisible by three it's divisble by that number[the larger one]
5-dividend ends in a 0 or a 5
10-dividend ends in a 0

Are you using a calculator? If so, divide the larger by the smaller and see if the result is an integer. If there are figures after the decimal point, they represent the remainder. (actually remainder divided by divisor).
Without a calculator, in general you just need to know multiplication tables well and be able to carry out a division manually. However, there are some rules for particular numbers.
e.g. if the last digit is even, you know the number is divisible by 2.
If the last two digits form a number divisible by 4, e.g. 36, then the number is divisible by 4.
Same for 8 using last three digits.
For 3 or 9, add the digits and see if the total is divisible by 3 or 9
e.g. 82074: 8+2+0+7+4= 21 which is divisible by 3 but not 9, so
82074 is divisible by 3 but not 9.
An even number which is divisible by 3 is also divisible by 6.
If the sum of the odd-placed digits is equal to the sum of the even- placed digits, or differs from it by 11, 22, 33, etc then the number is divisible by 11 e.g.
5391683: 5+9+6+3 = 23, and 3+1+8 = 12. Since 23-12 = 11, the number is divisible by 11.

Adding to basketball and allabor, a number is divisible by 7 if subtracting 2 times the last digit from the number you get by cutting off the last digit, you get a number that is divisible by 7.
E.g., 203 is divisible by 7 because 2 times the last digit is 2x3=6, and if you take the number you get by cutting off the last digit, you get 20, and if you subtract 6 from 20, you get 14, which is divisible by 7.
I just read it yesterday and I think it's fun.

Adding to Basketball's answer:
A number is divisible by...
4 if the last two digits are divisible by 4
6 if it is divisible by 2 and by 3
8 if the last three digits are divisible by 8
9 if adding all the digits produces a multiple of 9
Anything else, you have to try.

All even numbers are at least divisible by two.
All prime numbers are not divisible by anything except themselves and one.
The odd numbers remaining have at least one divisor greater than two.
