I'm trying to do a microwave guide (10.5 GHz, wavelength: 2.85cm ) ..I've been searching and I still don't know if I should do a rectangular or a circular one , please help me to know wich one it's better ( there are also eliptical ones but I don't like those..it may be better but I'm too lazy to look at the theory behind :/, unless you are patient enough to explain it to me ..but it's faster to give me your reasons to choose among a circular and a rectangular one.
thanks!

Also what compounds form with it. Ok I put this rock on my electric stove it sweated out these silver balls, so Im wondering what the other stuff is. It melted when my stove was on 10. Its electric stove and the rock I had was grayish blue sortof easily scratched with a butter knife I could cut it even. It sweated out the metal though and I found this rock a long time ago in the middle of nowhere so its not man made but everyone I show it to says its solder etc.

I read somewhere that the fingerprints of koala bears are so similar to human fingerprints that they could be confused with humans at a crime scene.

I don't know why koalas would be at a crime scene, but has anyone heard that and does anyone believe that?

I need to know what those things for lathes are called that cut non cylindrical holes.
i think like a kind of jig with a shaped hole mounts on the object, and then a chisel-like thing goes in and shapes the hole in the object youre cutting into a square, hexahon, etc. (whatever shape the hole in the jig is.)
