Do you mean z^10 in the denominator, instead of z-10? I'll assume you do.

Use the property a^x / a^y = a^(x-y). You get

-10x^7y^(3-2)z^(11-10) = -10x^7 y z

If you actually meant z^-10 in the denominator, then it's

-10x^7 yz^21.
