I'm writing a historical romance and am wondering which place might be a better setting: either Hertfordshire.....or Herefordshire. And they can't be located too far from London. And aslo, does the two places contrast drastically in scenery?? I need a place with lowly rolling hills....cast fields and pastures..... you know, lols. What is it like in the two places?

I posted another question similiar to this one but I failed to mention that I have a heart murmur and also my heart flutters at times.

Along with that I have a resting heart rate of 111 bpm. I am female and only 20 years old. I plan on seeing a doctor...but in the mean time I would just like to know about the various reasons this occurs.
