Well Sulfuric acid is diprotic meaning it has two hydrogens to donate. So for every sulfuric acuid it donates two hydrogens so it can nuetralize two sodium hydroxides while hydrochlorice acid can only neutralize one sodium hydroxide molecule. So it is what we call two equivalents.

pH is a measure of the hydronium ion concentration in water. pH is calculated by taking the negative log of the hydronium concentration, so as hydronium concentration goes up, pH goes down. hydronium is the dangerous stuff of aqueous acid, so in high concentration (low pH), it's more corrosive.
