Trying to Conceive - August 2007

So I'm still trying to get pregnant and i started taking prenatal pills over a week ago now!!!!! So heres the thing i know it sounds bad but he doesnt know that im trying to get pregnant...... He doesnt finish in me he pulls out. so do you think theres a way i could still get pregnant just from his pre ***??? I want to get pregnant so bad and we have talked about what will happen if i do get pregnant. He said he'll step it up and do things different. What do you think i should do to get pregnant? any ideas

Can any of you experienced BBT charters look at my BBT chart and tell me if I ovulated???? I had a miscarriage Aug 4th at 6 weeks since then I got a positive OPK, Ferning with a saliva test and EWCM but my BBT is all over the place.....Please help me figure out if I have already ovulated....Also for the last week I've been waking up in the middle of night which I think might be throwing my temps off. I usually test at 5:30 but for some reason I keep waking up between 3am and 3:30 to go to the bathroom.....Thanks in advance!!!

I know everyone wants a baby but I would like a few extra prayers sent our way for encouragement & for peace that it will happen soon. We are in our 14th month ttc with our first child & have been married 4 yrs and we are strong in our faith. We believe every prayer spoken is equal to 10,000 & doesn't go unheard. We have wanted this baby so badly anyways but now we feel we definately need to conceive. There have been some issues with our close family members on both & everyone is kind of pulling away from each other. Plus my grandpa has passed away & my husbands grandma is really sick. We always wanted them to see their great-grandkids. We feel if we could just conceive and bring a new life into this family they will see the true meaning of life. Is that crazy? Things are just going on around us we can't control but they all do have one common interest and that is in us having a baby. So if you pray please pray for us or if you wish on a lucky star or whatever just send it our way!!!

I just started taking 50mg of Clomid last night being my first dose. My doctor started me on day 8 of my cycle and I was wondering how soon would I ovulate? Would it be a couple of days after my last pill or while I am taking the doses? Also when would I start intercourse would that be right away or should I wait a couple of days? I would have asked these questions at my fertility office but I felt so overwhelmed with information that I totally forgot. Thank you so much for your help ladies.

I have PCOS and semi-regular periods though sometimes I skip a period but not too often anymore. Here are all the starting dates of my periods so far this year:
January 3, 2007
February 6, 2007
March 18, 2007
July 10th, 2007
August 12th, 2007

I'm 24 years old, going on 25 :( and Ive never been pregnant after 3 1/2 or so years of unprotected sex. Im just wondering judging by how frequent Ive been having my periods.. is it possible that Im ovulating?
How many periods can you have in a row and never ovulate at all? Is it even possible to have so many periods and not have ovulated a single time?

I am 22 years old and i have just found out that i have PCOS. I really want to become pregnant and i am on the medications : Metformin 1000mg, levothyroxin 75 Mcg. I am a non-smoker, i do not drink, and i currently weigh 240 lbs. i have been gaining weight very easily. i have been to my OBGYN which is also a fertility doctor, and he recommended that i should think about taking CLOMID. But i want to know the chances of having a baby without using CLOMID? I really need help and if you have any information that will be helpful please share. P.S. Ive been married for 2.5 years now and still no pregnancy.... HELP ?? Thanks Bunches!!

Can you ovulate while on your period?
I'm in the same situation and I don't understand it. This is my 2nd cycle ttc and I am on CD 12. I purchased the OPK for the first time and used it on CD 10, 11, and 12. Each day my lines are lighter and lighter. It doesn't make sense because I have a 28 day cycle always, except for this month it was 26 days. I drink 64 ounces of h2o everyday and have been doing the tests between noon and 2pm on each of those days. I held off on drinking water and peeing 4 hours before I took the tests. The first day I had a light line, but it was negative and it has been progressively lighter since on days 11 and 12. I'm panicking because I'm supposed to ovulate around CD 14-17 based on my previous months of reading my body and CM. I'm just so confused because it feels like I've missed my oppurtunity for this month to conceive before it even began.

I had a miscarriage in July I had my period august 6th! I think I ovualted way early on the 14th, not sure.. I didn't take a test just tracking cramps and so fourth! Which I had the 13 and 14 then again the 19th, 20th! I'm not sure which day I ovulated on! I've been feeling blah! I didn't think morning sickness could come this early so it may be something else! We had sex everyday from the 12th on! I sat with my hips elevated for 20 minutes each time. I've peed more frequently lately! But I wonder if it's just all in my head! My boobs are a little sore, but I've been poking and squeezing a lot lately checking so it could be from that. Has anyone else had early early syptoms or anything like this! Again it may just be all in my head!

my fiancee and I have been TTC for about 4 months now. I got my period on the 12 this month.(and it only lasted a few days when i usually last 8 days) and its only the 23, ive been having menstrual like cramps for the past 2 days and AF shouldnt come for another 3 weeks.dont really want to waste money on HPT if we're not. so can somebody please help us with some answers........thanks

i am 21 yrs old n my bf is 23
well i posted a few questions a few days ago
about what the chances of me becomin pregnant were..
since i had unprotected sex ON the day i ovulated and had lots of egg white cm that day too. obviously it was a bad mistake.. =(

since my period is due tomorrow by the latest.. i tested yesterday at 9pm.. the good news is.. i got a BIG FAT NEGATIVE... but i heard you can still misss your period? yesterday would of been 12 days since i had sex

this morning i even felt as if my period was about to start..

but dont u think if i was pregnant it would show on the test by now? it was the "test 4 days early ones"
PLZ TELL ME WHAT U THINK.. i have one more test which i will use this weekend

are my chances of being pregnant still high?
or am i safe now?

This month my husband started vitimens and i've been taking mine for quiet some time now...but this month i started excerising and doing things for me and feeling better about myself...well i started having signs of ovulating the 21st the egg white discharge its still going on today...is that normal to have that much discharge i mean its just falling out and stretching about 8-10inches. I've never had this much when i was ovulating!!! I'm really suprised!!

Will the fertility doctor prescribe me Clomid or some other fertility drug without seeing my husband first (I have PCOS)? He's a little nervous and does not want to go to the doctor if he doesn't have to, but he will if it comes down to it.

Personally, I'd like him to go, but I just thought I'd ask.

Has anyone ever just "Known" this was the month they'd get pregnant?? this month i have really long egg white cervical mucus which doesnt happen for me ever... ive had it for 2 days today is my last day and we havent had sex since sunday so we did tonoight...i feel really good about it this month...has anyone ever just known they'd get pregnant that month and did they?? I keep track of my BBT and CM on fertility friends.com I had the dip right before ovulation and then I had the rise like normal but today when I checked my CM there was a lot of egg white and slippery mucus. My Cervix is also high and felt open. Is this normal?
