Trying to Conceive - August 2007

I just bought the book "Taking charge of your fertility and just started tracking my temps this morning. I am on day 3 of my menstraul cycle and Took my temp and it was 98.2 But I was looking at the "sample" charts through out the book and they are showing well under 98 when your on your period more like 97.2 and so on. I did it like it said woke up reached over and took my temp. They are showing ovulation and pregnancy temps as 98 and up. Could I have had a early miscarriage and thinking its my period? I did have a large "clot" and normally dont have clots in my periods. Help I am confused!

My cycles are pretty irregular (14, 27, then 21 days). Today is cycle day 29 for me, but my chart (I haven't been temping very long) says I'm only 7 DPO, so I'm waiting until next week to test.

A little bit of TMI, sorry. Usually I have a little bit of brown spotting (old blood I figured) about 5 days before my period starts, but that didn't happen this month. Yesterday I had very very light pink only when I wiped and figured I was starting my period. Today, it's almost gone! I'm not even sure it's there anymore! Sometimes I really think my eyes are playing tricks with me.

What's going on? Any ideas on what this sounds like?

I had unprotected sex 3 times in a row on July 24-25th... and in the morning unprotected---(didn't use the pull out method either) My first day of my last period was on July 10th.My period is due on the 6th and it doesnt really feel like it is coming. My nipples feel RAW- they are SOO sensitive to touch- I have been having cramps but they don't feel like menstrual cramps-LIKE GAS- I have been moody, and oh so forgetful-I took a test an it was negative-(to early) My stomach is starting to fell like I have been doing sit-ups ( that tight feeling)...usually before my period comes I get that white creamy discharge that eventually turns red, but the discharge i am getting now is still white but it seems to be thinning out. ( not as thick. I also have had a fever for the last couple of nights. -99.2- What do u think- I am going to take a test on monday..but.. i am scared!

My husband and I have been married for a year now. We have been together for a total of 5 years. A few months ago we tried having a baby. I got pregnant and lossed the baby at 6 weeks. I had a lot of test run and I am in good health. I went to the doctor, did and exam and was told I was ready to start trying again. I told my husband and he said NO that he does not want kids for a few years now. I was so devastated. I try talking to him about it. He said that he wanted a 4 wheeler and new shead. So we went out and got a new 4-wheeler and new shead and he still does not want to try again. I don't understand. I am a very good wife why doesn't he want kids with me now? Please Help!

if you start your period today and are trying to conceive and have v v irregular periods and sometimes non existent instead of following your fertile days on a ovulation calendar would you just have sex every other day, every day ??

what has worked for people have tried for a baby??

I came off the OCP in May as we are TTC.
June i was 6 days late (34 day cycle that month).
If it was 28 days this month then I would have been due 2nd Aug if 34 again then it would be 8th aug.
If I was preggo would a test today (3rd) give accurate results or would i have to wait until after the 8th?

I had the copper coil inserted in March 07, I have had regular periods since, except this month when i am 5 days late (so far). I have done a pregnancy test and its negative, does anyone else have any experience of this?

what medication does anyone take who has this condition and are actively trying to conceive??? is there light and hope at the end of the tunnel, quiet stressed out to be honest and i know this is prob the worse thing to do its just v hard to take it all in.

I was breastfeeding, but he hardly nurse's now. About six times a day. He is nine and a half months old. I still haven't started my period yet can I still get pregnant. I'm not wanting another baby right now. Was useing breastfeeding as birth control, should I use something else.

Because my mom was married for close to three years before she had my brother Mike but then it only took another 2 years to have my brother Paul but she was only trying for around one year. But then another year later she wanted to have another kid and if took her five years until she had me. So would the same thing happen to me because I want to have more then three kids and I want to know if it would happen to me. Then again my mother got married when she was 28 and my dad was 32 so does age play a big role too because I want to get married around 22/23/24 years of age? Thanks!

Sorry.. i messed up..
So.. i have roughly a 28 day cycle.. looking at the ovulation calanders i was "supposed" to be ovulating between the 17th of July and the 21st.. Had intercourse on the 17th,19th and the 23rd. Ovulation day was meant to be on the 21st.. so would having sex 2 days past ovulation still help ? And when do you think i could be taking a pregg test ? 1st day of my last period was on the 7/7/2007.

My husband and I have been TTC Baby #1 for 2 Years.

I have irregular cycles (usually short) and today is cycle day 28 for me. Today I have very light pink spotting only when I wipe, so instead of making myself think there is still a possibility of pregnancy, I'm accepting the fact that it's most likely just my period starting.

To pass the time and keep my mind off of it, could anyone tell me what cycle day you are supposed to start using OPK's and when you should stop? Never used them, going to try it this month. Thanks.

okay .. so my boobs have been hurting for about 3 weeks now .. almost 4 weeks .. my bf & i have been ttc .. & im not supposed to get my period till the 10th of august .. so i know u will all say well wait till u miss ur period .. but my boobs wouldn't be hurting for no reason right ?? right before i get my period my boobs hurt .. but thats only like a day before im supposed to get it .. and its been 3 weeks they been hurting non stop!!?? what do u think?!

My LMP was July 19th, I have very regular periods 28-30 days, so with that I should ovulate Aug 2-4. I have no CM though very dry, so will I still ovulate around this time, even though there is no CM present. I have used OPK before and they have never helped. I am 25 yrs old, married, and have been ttc #1 for 18 months. Any suggestions or personal takes will be very appreciated.

hi my last period was on 30th june, had sex on 1st july and my period usually lasts for 5 days and now i dont' know if im getting my period or am pregnant. My cycle is usually 28 days and I looked up dozen ovulation calenders and it said either i miss my period around 27/28th july or due around 1st aug..so im confused!! Am i past my period date or what? I only have lower back pain and slight cramp on my abdomen and dull ache pain on my hips so far..please help :)

I completed my fourth round of Clomid on July 24th and should be ovulating within the next couple of days. Two days ago I started having this pain in my side. It is a sharp pain and in a small specific spot, but not intense. If I had to rank it on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being unbearable pain I would put this at a one or two. I'm concerned that this is my ovary. Its just below my belly button and about five or six inches to the right of my belly button if that makes any sense. It is pretty constant.

Anyone experience this?? I never have before in my life and I know that I've ovulated each prior month I've taken the Clomid so I don't think it could be ovulation pain.

hi so far i have had 3 positive hpt test in the last 2 days i had a blood test this morning and i get the results tomorow im just so scared it will be negative...... i cant figure why the hpts would show so soon as if i was preg i would only be 3 weeks today lmp was on the 12-7-07 any advice would be great.by the way the 3 poses 1 was at docs office and they were all very faint but still visible even the one at docs at first he thought it was neg as soon as he did it but when he looked again it was a faint pos.

im done with my 1st roung of clomid. i have my ultrasound and the reults shows that there is a corpus luteum. and now my doctor prescribed me a folic acid. is there a big possiblity that i will get pregnant??
