Trying to Conceive - August 2007

My boyfriend and I are NOT trying to conceive, and I am on Lutera birth control. We had sex on a "safe" day (July 31..one week & 2 days ago..about 2-3 days after last day of period) by means of my birth control as protection only..no condom. Because I am ovulating this week, we have had no had sex, but I noticed when I wiped yesterday (during a fertile day), there was slight brown spotting (mucus-like, but not a lot..sorry for being graphic!) on the toilet paper..This happened again today too several times.
Now I'm freaking out because I think I may be pregnant. I bought a home pregnancy test, but I'm afraid it may be too soon to take it for accurate results. Is this a sure sign of pregnancy? Is it too early to experience spotting and/or symptoms?
I would like real answers, please. I am a mature, 29 year old female who has been in a very long-term relationship, and I am very in-tune with my body and fertile/unfertile days..Please spare me the "no condom" lecture..Thanks in advance!!

I am now 3 days past the day I should have gotten my period. I took a pregnancy test again today, and I still got a negative result. I am not going to buy another test for another week...but I'm just wondering if any other women out there are going through the same thing I am going through.

Because redheads have a mutated gene thus there red hair and the introdution of black genes would make the child extra frail and would have a short life expectancy........

He says this is 100% true and non racist but actual genetics.....

I am not sure if he said that because I like this redhead at work or because he is trying to be helpful.........even though it is hurtful......

He said black men should have kids with blondes or brunnets....

Does hair color do anything with pregancy in the first place and does it affect interracial relationships with black guys?

I just read a small part of taking charge of your fertility on line regarding taking your basal temperature.Now when you take your temp 1st thing in the morning if you are going to start ovulating is it going to be higher?then the other days? Also can I use a digital or does it have to be a certain kind? Sorry I am new to this checking your temp thing?
Is it the kind of thermometer you have to read the lines because i really don't know. I have been using the Ovulation strips for 6 months and nothing so i thought maybe this will work?Any help would be greatley appreciated Thank-You

I had a chemical pregnancy last month, I started my period July 29 (which is normal), I have a 30 days cycle...when will I be ovulating this month???

I have been in a wonderful relationship with a wonderful man for about a month now!! We met in April! Its going great and We ARE in love!! We want to have a baby(hell it was his idea) and we've been trying!! I have been skipping so many pills that I just stopped taking them!! We both love kids( I worked @ a daycare for 3 yrs) so I have a lot of expereince!! Were gonna get married within the next couple of yrs we just don't want to wait to have this baby!! Is that wrong? and they all came back positive.
Three were First Response with the second line being pale pink, but present in all 3 tests.
The other two were Clear Blue where the cross appreared as well.
It's pretty crazy!

okay i allways track my ovulation with a clear monitor and i allways ovulate i got my las period on the 15 of july and im suppose to get it on the 15 of aug because im very exact so this month i tacked my lg surge and it did not go up could this be because im allready pregnant even though i got my period last month on scheule oh and my temp is allways 97.6 someone please give me some advise thanks

Ok so i am having painful cramps in the middle of my lower abdominal. I had a tiny bit of blood when i checked my cervical mucus. It is clear and stretchy does not break! Does this sound like ovulation? My chart says i am not suppose to ovulate until the 11th! Also one more question when you ovulate can you have the same symptoms you would if you were about to get your period or being pregnant? Thank you!

My hubby and I are trying to have a baby. I'm 25, very heatlthy and have always been very regular. I stopped taking BCP a month ago. My last period was 07/10/07. I've been checking my cervical mucus and I think I ovulated on Saturday 08/04 and we had sex. According to my cycle before I stopped bcpills I should have started yesterday 08/07, but I didn't. I took a test, negative. Could I be pregnant?

I had a miscarriage between July 18th-July 22nd I was 4 weeks along. I started spotting on July 15th and stopped bleeding on July 24th. How long did you have to wait till you got your regular period? I have Answer Early Result HPT and I am 8 dpo. Has anyone tested positive using one of these HPT this early. Just wondering cause I might wait, but right now impatient. Would like personal experiences please. I have been TTC #1 for 15 months and i think this is the month it happened.

Also I have been having tingling sensation every so often only in my right boob and a dull pain also so often on my right lower side. Has anyone had these symptoms this early and found out you were pregnant?

i have been ttc for about 10 months i was having bad pain im my mouth so i went to the dentist and long story short i had to get 3 wisdom teeth pulled and the doc put me on vicodin and i have been in soo much pain that i have been taking them less then what he prescribed cause im worried that i could be pregnant my period is due today and it has not come yet should i worry about what the drugs could be doing to the baby?

I went off the pill in March and everything seemed to have returned to normal. I had my last normal period June 20, I had very light spotting July 9. I haven't had anything since. I haven't had any signs of pregnancy or AF, until last friday I noticed some tenderness in my breasts. I have taken several pregnancy tests and no +, I took a couple of ov tests too just in case nothing there either.

I don't know what is going on, if someone could give me some advice on what I should do, or if anyone has any idea what could be going on, please help!
