Chart your ovulation . Have intercourse the day you ovulate and have him make his "deposit" right on the cervix. stay on your back with hips proped on a pillow for at least an hour.
Male sperm are faster swimmers than female . So your egg has to be waiting in the fallopian tubes for the sperm Male sperm have a shorter life however so if you have sex too early they will be dead and the female sperm will fertilize the egg.
Not a guarantee but short of spinning down the sperm in a centerfuge , a marked increase in your odds of conceiving a boy. It worked for me at least and worked for the people that gave me the advice !

Okay, first you 'interview' as many men as possible, then choose the one with the 'highest incidence' of male births in their 'family history.' Use HIS sperm and your 'chances' will be much higher of conceiving a boy.
Okay, so you are already married, or have a 'boyfriend,' in all probability, and you want to have your baby 'with him' and not some 'other sperm donor.' Good luck. You've got a 'slightly higher than 50% chance of having a boy (because males are killed in war or accident more frequently than women, there are more 'women' than men alive ... it is not a 'birth' distribution, but GENERALLY there are more male children born that female children.
Why don't you just do what women have done for thousands of years ... get pregnant and wait to see what you get when the baby is born. Yes, I know that there are now 'fairly good tests' that can 'tell you' what you are 'having' fairly early in the pregnancy ... but even the 'Best Test' is only about 80% accurate.

The best way to get a boy is to have sex at the very beginning of ovulation. The male sperm cell dies within a day or two, but the female will last up to seven days giving it a better chance. If you do not know when you are going to ovulate start checking your body temperature daily. Your temperature will change at the onset of ovulation.

There is no way to do select the sex of your child without getting science involved. Generally it requires artificial insemination.
Scientists can take a sperm sample and run tests on it to try and separate X chromosome from Y chromosome sperm. Then use the selected batch for artificial insemination attempts. It is not perfect but it is the only proven way to change your chances.

have sex no earlier than 24 hours before ovulation to 12 hours after ovulation. “doggy style” position, will deposit the sperm closer to the cervix giving the more aggressive and quicker moving “boy” sperm a head start to fertilizating the egg first. orgasms during sex are a good thing as the body produces substances after orgasm that makes the vaginal environment more alkaline, which favors the “boy” sperm.Have your partner drink a caffeinated beverage right before sex. This makes the Y-Sperm more active. deeper penetration for a boy too.

OK...this is my own experience and it worked for me. Track your monthly cycle so you know your ovulation date and then have sex as close to ovulation as possible. The theory/science behind this is that male sperm are quicker (they die faster too) while female sperm are slower and heartier, thus having sex a few days before ovulation will increase your chances of a girl because those will be the only sperm still surviving. Good luck...boys are the best!

this may sound silly, but short of medical procedures, it's the only valid thing I've ever read....
they say the male gene sperm are stronger, more active swimmers. therefore they suggest if you're trying to conceive a girl, that you "waste" the first ejaculation to get rid of the stronger swimmers which allows more less active female gene swimmers to get to the egg.
although it's still a crap shoot, make sure you use the first built up ejaculation. by built up, I mean have your partner abstain from ejaculating for a couple (no more than 3) days before you are intimate.
Good Luck

The closer the semen is to the cervix (i.e. if dad is well endowed) you have a better chance. The pH in the vaginal canal sees the "Y" chromosome of the XY sperm as foreign and tries to kill it off before it can get to cervix.
Use your imagination on how to best achieve this...

Try to have intercourse CLOSEST to the last days her ovulation as possible.
Y-Sperm, the ones that carry the boy-gene, are fast moving, but die quickly.
X-sperm, girl-genes, are slower moving, but last longer that xy sperm. So, if you have intercourse a couple days before she ovulates, you will probably have a girl.
