I'm TTC and have been charting my bbts. My period started a few days ago (albeit it's been lighter than usual) but my post ovulation temp has stayed high. Shouldn't my temperature dropped by now? Could I be pregnant?

some times it takes a few days for the temp to drop due to progesterone residue in the blood. if it doesn't drop during the coming 2 to 3 days, then u might be preggo, some women experience light periods during their pregnancy. take a test

yes you could be pregnant. some girls still have a period at first. I would wait 4 days to 11days after. I had my period for 4 days and right after period i took test and it was very faint. I was pregnant but I lost the baby at 9 weeks and I'm trying again.

I would take a test, cause when ur temp is high when your supposed to have ur period it usually means your pregnant. Or so I've heard

temp. is wierd and very subtle...they tell you to look for patterns with it but that is not an exact science...and remember some times people don't ovulate every mo. even though you still shed a lining. very unlikely you are preg. if having a period (even if it is light) but possible..

Sometimes it does take a few days. I have looked at many charts and have seen that happen before.
