You need to see a fertility specialist, called a Reproductive Endocrinologist. You need to have some basic tests to determine if there are any hormonal reasons for not having conceived, and also check your partner to see his sperm count and quality.
You should not take any medication, ESPECIALLY fertility drugs, without the care, consultation, and monitoring of a physician. Fertility drugs can result in overstimulating your ovaries to the point of making you extremely ill. Also, using fertility drugs can result in other issues which, though you might conceive, would make carrying a pregnancy difficult or unlikely.
Get a consultation with a fertility specialist. All the drugs in the world will not help you conceive if it turns out you don't ovulate, if your eggs are shot, tubes are blocked, or your partner has no sperm.

See your OB. Have you been TTC for long? If you are over 35 or so, and have been trying for 6 months with no luck the OB will start the wheels in motion, medically speaking. If oyu are younger than that, they'll intervene after a year of trying.
Here's what a lot of people don't get-you don't decidee you want to get pregnant and then BOOM! Pregnant! It can take TIME. One sperm finding one eggie at just the right time...it isn't a given.
So relax...you can do some things to help yourself like charting and doing ovulation predictor kits (and reading Toni Wexler's "Taking Charge fo Your Fertility").

Well first you need to find out if you have a fertility problem, if you don't ; just note that for a normal couple with no fertility problems it can take up to a year to get pregnant. If you do have a problem them you need to narrow i down to what the problem is , for instance I have PCOS so the doc prescribe me clomid, but there are a lot of other drugs out there like metaformin, and progesterone creme also you can take vitamins like fertility blend which help regulate my periods.
good luck .

If you have been married for awhile and trying for awhile, I'd seek a professionals advice. You could be starting fertility drugs for no reason. You should have yourself and your husband checked, to see who needs additional treatment. If nothings wrong with either of you, I'd keep trying naturally for awhile then maybe consider surrogacy or adoption.
