I know that putting pressure on your self to conceive can actually reduce your chances. try to relax and maybe take a month off. so to speak. make sure that you know when she is ovulating. don't get hung up on trying for just a boy or a girl and having intercourse on specific days of ovulation. Web MD has a really great ovulation tracker and it is very easy to use and to understand. I would also buy some ovulation tests at your local department store. they are not too high priced. If you are still having problems after a year of trying then you may want to seek a fertility specialist. My Aunt finally resorted to Invetro after 5 years of trying. they now have a wonderful little girl.

keep trying and good luck!

It normally takes couples 6 months to a year to conceive, so there is not any reason to worry yet. What you could do is go and get your sperm count checked to make sure things are ok in that area. If things are fine there, than she should go to the doctor to see if maybe her hormones are not in balance. Those are about the only things that you can do right now.

Do a little baby dance in the living room saying...baby dust baby dust.. Might work.

More practical would be to get a kit from the store and test to see if you have working sperm. A good diet is very helpful particularly extra zinc.
