Can any of you experienced BBT charters look at my BBT chart and tell me if I ovulated???? I had a miscarriage Aug 4th at 6 weeks since then I got a positive OPK, Ferning with a saliva test and EWCM but my BBT is all over the place.....Please help me figure out if I have already ovulated....Also for the last week I've been waking up in the middle of night which I think might be throwing my temps off. I usually test at 5:30 but for some reason I keep waking up between 3am and 3:30 to go to the bathroom.....Thanks in advance!!!

I would say that the day you got that positive, you most likely ovulated.

Aren't you recording your intercourse? That helps ff estimate your chances of getting pregnant.

Did you have sex during the 4 days before you got that positive opk? If so, you have a great chance of being prego!

Your bbt lines up with the opk....(in my opinion). You ovulated on day 18.

The suspense is probably not letting you sleep. Just make sure you go to bed at the same time, and really take your temp at the same exact time in the morning. That's all you can do. (I used a reg. glass thermometer).

I had a tough tough time *reading* my cm too. I didn't pay too much attention to it. The ferning never worked for me. It is the temping, the opks, and the intercourse that came together for me, and hopefully for you too.

OH, AND....soooo many women get pregnant right after having a miscarriage! You'll see it all over the ff website. Lots of those charts.

I love fertilityfriend. I'm 8wks pregnant.

I would say that you ovulated on CD18 or even possibly CD 20 but you would have to wait for a confirmation of your temps staying risen for another 2 days or so to be totally sure. Be sure you are BD every other day between CD10-20 that will be sure to hit the mark.

Also since you have just miscarried, I wouldn't expect for your cycles to bounce right back to being regular, sometimes it can take a few months to regulate itself.

Best of Luck ... and Baby Dust to you!

With my miscarriage my chart was all over the place that next month has your body goes through a healing process, the waking up in the middle of the night could be a big part of that too. Sorry about your miscarriage, hope the next one sticks for you.
