Trying to Conceive - March 2007

my doc suspects pcos. i went in to get it done and after the ultrasound the doc there performed a transvaginal even thought my doctor did not ask for that to b done. i dunt get my results for a while and was wandern if performing transvaginal after the ultrasound meant there was something wrong .. ? if it was something very serious would i have been informed at the time of the tests?

I have been loosing my mine forgetting where i am and when i'm talking to a friend on the comp i forget how they got my e-mail addy? I'm tired and moody my husband say's i freak out on him for no reason and i don't like it now when he goes to hug my everyday like b4 as i loved it i seem to push him away then say i'm sorry and that i love him after then I wanna cry for pushing him away. is this normal for me to feel like this? i havent gotten checked to see if I am pregnant or not but my lower belly is getting hard and i have red/brown spotting and cramping just a little my boobs tingle they don't hurt, I'm having hot flashes like right now I'm so hot it's in the middle of the winter and i want the window open! my LMP was on the 8th.

on monday did a hpt it was faint but positive on wednesday did another one it was a definate positive did another one this morning still positive but a fainter line. What is happening i thought they were suppose to get darker.

had unprotected sex every other day this month--trying
a week after ovulation i had cramping (moderate) for 4 days
on day 3 of cramping i had maybe 2 tbsp blood (not like my period)when used the bathroom at that time only
now i am 2 days late, 4 hpt are negative

I have had problems trying to have a baby. I was told by my gyne that I don't always ovulate like I should, he gave me prescriptions for pills to take so I'll ovulate, but they're rather expensive. I think I started ovulation and I wanna know how to tell. My cycles are usually every 3 weeks when I actually do get it, which is not always.

I am single, 35, elementary teacher. All I've ever wanted is to be a mom (and wife). I have spent the last ten years with a man who treats me great and loves me but is commitment phobic. I won't have a child with him if he doesn't want that. I've tried starting other relationships with no luck. I feel my time is limited to have children. I want to be pregnant and have my own child. I am worried this is selfish...or that I am kind of giving up on the whole big picture of a happy family but would sacrifice anything to be a mom. I also fear having a son without a father. Though a girl also needs a dad, a feel more confident raising a daughter on my own. I am financially stable though at this point I live in an apartment. I have family and friends who are supportive. What do you think?

i got my period on 2/7 it ended 2/12. i should have gotten my period on 3/7 but on the evening of 2/26 i started bleeding but not heavy at all like a normal period very light almost to the point of not needing a tampon. its red but with some brown too like towards the end of a normal period would look like. i did have sex unprotected with my bf somewhere between feb 20-23. i know i should have been ovulating right around then. today is 3/1 and im still bleeding the same.no cramps at all and normally every month my periods the same, i feel cramps the day before and the 1st day of my period. this time it was no signs of getting it and its a week early. i looked up something called implantation bleeding but most described it as only seeing it when you whipe, mines slightly heavier then that. i took a PT and it said negative last night (2/28) but could it have been too early to tell?? i know i should wait and take one later but whats your opinion? you think i might be pregnant? i hope!

-affter my daughter i had my tubes tied i didnt think i wanted another child because she was my 4th but now its killing me because i want another child desperately i no you can have a reversal but thats expensive. ive been looking on the net and ive read many stories about women who became pregnant after having there tubes tied, my question is how they go about it do you take a ovulation test to increase your chances? right now im willing to try anything. if anyone has a suggestion PLEASE let me know. ive been happily married 12 years and i would love to someday have baby number 5!.........thanks

Hello everyone, I'm 11dpo and have a lutual phase of 18 and my menstrual cycle is pretty regular.
I experienced a very bad pain on my lower left 4 days ago that only lasted a few minutes but I had to have a lay down. It felt like a stabbing, grinding sort of pain.Then a couple of days ago I had a bit of bleeding that was pinky red and a light flow but not light enough to consider it spotting, this took me by suprise but that didn't last very long at all.
Today when I woke up and went to the toilet, I saw a brownish tint on the toilet paper mixed with quite a bit of slimy CM.
What are people's thoughts on this? My partner and I had unprotected sex at the time of ovulation and are hoping it's our turn soon :-)

Okay, I had a normal period that seemed to almost go away and then it picked back up to bright red spotting. So, i've had bleeding at some leval for 15 days now.
I took a clearblue digital test and it said I was pregnant today. I went to the doctor and my HCG is only 6. I am going back to get more blood work done on saturday to see if it rises or not.

First off, I was quite suprised to get a positive home pregnancy test with an hcg of only 6, but i'm worried about the fact that i've been having all this bright red spotting for so long.

I know there is a posiblity that I might be in the process of miscarrige, but I was wondering if any of you had any thoughts.

I had a miscarriage and subsequent D & C on Monday. Since then, I feel like a complete failure as a woman and a wife. I'm really really REALLY sad. I've been doing a lot of crying.

We have one child (of which I'm extremely grateful for). She's one year old. My husband wanted our #2 to be born in two years of the first. I was really excited because #2 (if I had not miscarried) would have been born when my daughter was 19 months old.

At my doctor's request, we won't be able to try for again for a couple of months. I'm old (38) and it will likely take us many many MANY months to be pregnant again. Needless to say, I will let my husband down because I won't be able to give him another child within that 2 year window.

I am really upset. What can I do to ensure I get pregnant sooner and what can I do to start the healing process?
