Trying to Conceive - March 2007

DH (30) and I (26) have been TTC for about a year now. No luck so far, we're going to try another few months before we go to see a specialist. DH is diabetic, and has intermittent problems with ED as a result.

Questions:

Is it reasonable that we wait another couple of months before going to the doctor?

Will medications to treat ED have any effect on a subsequent pregnancy?

This month I haven't had an actual menstural flow like I normally do. I have spotted for three or four days off and on, been really tired, and extremely moody. I know these are all PMS symptoms as well as possible pregnancy symptoms. I am going to go to my dr on Mon. and see what she can find out for me, but should I consider those lightly spotting days as my actual period, could I possibly be pregnant or what? What's your opinion on this? Thanks!!

I've not yet had a + HPT (think I'm possibly 14DPO) and was due on yesterday but no signs of AF just yet....(keep positive) Am very bored and frustrated at why I don't get a + so wondered if any of you lot had some good news to cheer me up!

Ok, so my wife had her last period on february 13, 2007. prior to that cycle it was on january 13, 2007. so, thats a 31 day cycle. we havent used a ovulating test yet but all the online ones state she should be most fertile around march 1st-march 3rd. so, im happy about that but, im unsure cause her periods are irregular prior to the the last 31 day cycle it was 34 and 35 days. so, any advice or opinions on how to expext or when? i feel like it maybe too late to purchase an ovu. test from the store for this month. would that be too late to use seeing as how were at her expected time!?

I have a cycle anywhere from 27 - 32 days. As I always get my period does that mean I always ovulate or is it possible to still have a period without ovulating that month?

I have recently had 3 miscarriage due to chromosonal abnormailties. The doctor stated that with the next pregnancy he will try using progesterone. But from my understanding this is used to substain a pregnancy not prevent abnormalities in the fetus. Can anyone explain this to me

well i was hoping and praying this month would be the month but i was wrong again!!! i am 20 years old and have never heard of anyone having this many problems!! i have a great job and a great husband so we would make good parents! we have been trying now for 5 months has anyone else had this problem? also i heard taking folic acid increases chances of pregnancy is that true?

well I have never been pregnant before, but I would be so grateful if you could give me some insight. I have a short cycle, and from doing research, I have found out that I could ovulate during AF, well last AF was 2/12/07, and I would have ovulated on 2/15/07 on the 4th day of AF, me and my hubby BD on 2/11/07. Ok now here is where I need your opinions: next AF is due 2day, but yesterday afternoon, I went to the bathroom, and wiped it was light pink, early This morning it was light pink, when I got to work this morning the panty liner had a streak of dark red-brown, when I wiped it was faint pink/ discharge, even lighter than yesterday. I do not want to get excited because I am tired of disappointment. The mind twister is I have not had any symptoms what so ever, except the fact that the past week and a half I had mild cramping off and on, almost unfelt, and the past 3 weeks I have been so so tired. which usually only happens a couple of days before AF. Any no symptom pregnancies

I am desperate. Been TTC since May '06. I usually have irregular periods but last year my cycle was 41-42 days for 4 months, then suddenly I was late. HPT on day 62 showed neg and 2 days later my period comes!! That was January. It's now day 55. I am going to bite the bullet and test tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. I have symptoms, but I get them very time I miss, so I am ignoring them this month! There's still a little tiny voice in the back of my head saying "maybe.." Wish me luck.....

i got my last period on 30th january..normally have a 31 -32 day cycle..we're trying to conceive since couple of months..had sex on 13 th n 17th of feb..noticed a slight pink discharge on 2nd march morning..little again that night..thought i got my period...but after that there has been no more bleeding..is this implantation bleeding or a light period or the statring of a period...how long shud i wait before checking for pregnancy...have only sore breasts since a week whihc cud be pregnancy or pms..confused..help

I had my last normal period on Jan. 12th....On Feb. 9th I started to have some spotting, and it lasted for about 4 days and also had some cramping, more on my right side, and never had any bleeding since. I don't have any pregnancy symtoms just my nipples are a bit sore, but not as bad as they are usually before my period. I have been taken may BBT every morning for the past 5 months, and what I have notince before that my temperature ranges between 96.4 to 97.0 ... It was very rare that my temperature would reach 97.2 and the following day would drop to my normal temp. After I have experieced the spotting a few day later I notice that my temperature went up and now ranges between 97.4 to 97.7 and has been like this for allmost two weeks. In my five months of charting I have not seen my bbt so high no matter what time I would take it in the morning and I dont have a fewer. Anyone know what this could be? Thanx for any advice!

I originally went on the pill long before I was sexually active to regulate my periods (they were all over the place because of my low weight) and to control my cramps and muscle spasms durring my period. We are getting close to the 5 year marriage mark and I'm finding that i'd be just fine with getting pregnant, but am more scared of going off the pill. Is there anyone else out there that has experienced this? I've been on the pill for 7 years now and It's great! No cramps, very regular, 1.5 day periods!

This is a graphic question just to forewarn. Usually during my period my cervix is low, firm, and open. I was late for my period and had numerous symptoms of being pregnant and even had one test show a potential positive. I was going to confirm with my doctor but he wouldn't take me until I was two weeks late. I started spotting last night and then this morning the bleeding got heavier I use the instead cups as well as tampons since this morning around 11am I have gone through one and a half instead cups and a tampon and have bled through both of those and it is bright bright red blood with heavy cramping on one side and tenderness in my stomach with severe bloating followed with increased sensitivity to my breast more so than before and extreme fatigue most if not all of these things I am going through now are not normal period symptoms for me, I don't know what to do my doctor said that I shouldn't worry unless I saturate three pads in less than four hours but I think I am
