I dont get rough sex and how you do it....? I know my mother is a doctor but....can you tell me how to get prepared for it if I ever do it and how do you do it?

Tying your partner up, whips, chains, etc. It encompasses a lot of activities. If you are into that sort of thing, the best thing is find a same, like minded-experienced partner that can coax you along gently and teach you. I wouldn't suggest just diving into this sort of activity, there are a lot of creeps that go way to far with this sort of thing. Safety should always be paramount when you are exploring sexuality and picking partners.

I'm not sure the best way for a girl to find out but if a guy is curious he should mount his girl from behind and casually mention that sex with her is even better than it is with her sister. Then he has to try to hold on for at least 10 seconds.

Wow. The confusion from a simple terminology.
Rough sex is just enthusiastic, acrobatic style wild sex. Doesn't have to be raunchy, just all out, flat out, like you were going for broke.
