Not sure but I will tell you that I was on birth control pills for 18 years and then stopped. It only took us three months to get pregnant after that. Good luck honey.

Some women get pregnant the first month off the pill. The average woman takes about 3 months for it to get out of her system and go back to regular cycles.

It takes the average couple between 8 months and a year to conceive after going off the pill though so don't worry if it doesn't happen right away.

i replaced into between the fortunate ones who have been given pregnant actually each and every week after struggling with the pill after i could been on it for 12 years consistently! i don't understand if it replaced into right down to fluke and that i in simple terms have been given the timing real - I in simple terms took 4 pills of Week a million and then stopped and an afternoon later I had some average recognizing which i think can ensue once you ovulate brought about with the help of the egg bursting out. As i could had intercourse the day until now this - bingo! otherwise, i contemplate whether once you quit taking pill your physique immediately releases an egg?? As you won't be able to fairly pass over 2 pills without increasing your danger of adjusting into pregnant, i'm no longer concinvinced that the pill "continues to be on your gadget" as our own hormones are plenty greater. And maximum of pregnant women are evidence of this - turning out to be pregnant on the same time as lacking some pills. Funnily sufficient, i'm additionally attempting back and thinking if it is going to ensue for me without postpone 2d time around. solid luck!

Doctors only tell you wait till after your first period so they can work out your dates! When you come of the pill it can take a while for your cycle to return to normal but you can still ovulate. I guess like mentioned above if you miss a pill you can get pregnant. So anytime is the answer!

Up to a year but sometime it's can be longer.

Some women are extremely fertile right after they come off the pill and conceive almost immediately some find that they have problems and can take longer for them to conceive.

Have you discussed things with your GP?

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

usually from when you stop taking the pill it takes about 14days to get out of your system, and then i guess it depends on your cycle but they say it is easier to fall pregnant just after coming off the pill, i havent experienced this myself but it happened to a friend of mine, she wanted to try for a baby with her partner so she went off the pill and fell pregnant 2wks later but she didnt know til like a month later, all the best anyways it is a real treasure to be pregnant and have achild its the best thing in the world im pregnant with my 2nd child and im loving it.

Check out what kind of pill you are on and look a their web site. Usually in the FAQ section, they have the answer to your specific birth control. If not, ask the doctor you got the pills from, he/she could give you a rough estimate over the phone.

Our doctor told us it would take six months for the pill to vacate my system and before I could even hope to concieve.

I got caught three weeks after I came off the pill!!

So much for 'expert' advice!!

Best of luck with the baby making!! Nudge, nudge, wink, wink!!
