No, there'll be no problems at all. Concerns will only arise if the mother is of a negative blood type. but since it's your hubby who is a negative, it'll be perfectly fine. The positive and negative signs behind your blood type merely means the presence and absence of blood antibodies respectively.

yes you can still have kids im o negative and my husband positive and we have 2 children the only thing was with me been negative every time i had a bleed during my pregnancy i had to have an anti d injection too stop anti bodies forming that is just incase your baby is a different blood group hope that makes sence

blood types do not matter with conceiving. there will be no problems.
