My husband and I are trying as well. One of the tips my doctor gave me is to have sex between the 10th day and 18th day of your cycle every other day. A big misconception is to have LOTS of sex during that time. All that does is lower your husbands sperm count which lowers you chances of getting pregnant. Also, when done having sex, stay in bed with your pelvis raised up (2 pillows work good) for about 20-30 minutes. Good luck!

I also had a hard time becoming pregnant. It took almost a year. But I thought well maybe I'm not as healthy as I need to be. I started to take a over-the-counter prenatal vitamin and within 3 weeks I was pregnant. And we did not have lots of sex or worry about ovulation or anything like that. Most of the time when you worry it doesn't happen. Take a vitamin, enjoy yourselves, and hope for the best. Good Luck!!

You might be interested in trying Natural Family Planning (NFP). Unlike what some people think, it is not the old school "rhythm method" of counting days. It is very effective in helping women become pregnant by charting temperature, cervical mucus, and other normal signals of fertility. You might try a google search for the Couple to Couple League, Billings Ovulation Method, or Creighton Model Fertility Care System. These are all folks who can help you find someone in your area trained to instruct couples in NFP. The benefit of NFP is that the information gleaned from charting can be used to space births or increase your chance of becoming pregnant when you are ready. Good luck!

Lots of unprotected sex. I took Geratol vitamins and I got pregnant really fast. Try that or a multivitamin. That worked for me. Then again the guy has to be fertile too. It's not always the woman.

Don`t have lot`s of sex! That doesn`t help at all.
Here is what i did
Get ovulation tests. And about 1 week after your period every morning have a test.If it is positive you have 1 day for sure when you can pregnant. It is also important that you havn`t had sex at least 2 days before that.
And of course, try to avoid any stress or do a lot of sport.
Good luck

Yes, I agree DO NOT have sex too often. Sperms also need time to mature. After 2 years of trying with daily sex, finally we cut down sex drastically to twice a week, and bingo! I'm pregnant now.

Relax. Eat healthy and let nature take its course. So long as you are fertile, it will happen in time. Don't stress
