Ovulation usually takes place around the 14th day of you cycle and it is when the egg is released from the ovary.

When you concieve is when a sperm enters into your egg causing you to get pregnant.

Implantation happens once the sperm has entered into the egg, From there they go through the fallopian tubes and down into the uterus and it clings onto the wall ind implants itself onto the uterine lining. This happens about 5-9 days after conception.

Ovulation is when a woman's body releases an egg. It happens about once a month.

Conceive is when that egg is fertilized by sperm. The sperm penetrates the egg to possibly begin a new life.

Implantation is when the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the woman's uterus. This is when pregnancy begins.

When all these steps occur a woman becomes pregnant. If the egg is not fertilized or does not implant, the woman begins her period. Hope that helps and that I didn't use too many medical words. Its kinda hard not to. Check out this stie for more information.
