Well congratulations! Sounds like you might be pregnant and maybe just tested too early. If you're not pregnant this month, sounds like you know what to do like having sex every other day around the time of your ovulation. Good luck honey!

My husband and I tried for 7 months before we finally got pregnant. The month before it was a positive I was 2 weeks late. I wouldn't count on anything just because you were supposed start today, I am usually very regular, but all the stress of conceiving threw my cycle off. If you have been trying and are stressing about it, this could be what is happening to you. I guess it could happen if you are stressed about the situation because you are not trying. You could defiantly be pregnant, i know it is SO hard but you should just wait it out and test again in a few days. Waiting is really hard, I'm 9 months pregnant now so i know all about waiting! it sucks, good luck with whatever you are wishing for.

Well Saturday is around the time implantation would occur. Lots of things can delay a period but a trip to the drs won't hurt b/c he/she can do a blood test to check for pregnancy and if you are not pregnant they will be able to tell you what is keeping your period away so that you can get that under control. (of course sometimes women miss period naturally when they are not pregnant and it is no big deal) I found this on a website about when pregnancy tests are most accurate:

Many home pregnancy tests (HPTs) claim to be 99% accurate on the day you miss your period. But research suggests that most HPTs do not consistently spot pregnancy that early. And when they do, the results are often so faint they are misunderstood. If you can wait one week after your missed period, most home pregnancy tests will give you an accurate answer. Ask your doctor for a more sensitive test if you need to know earlier.

Sounds like a good possibility to me. I would wait a few more days and test again. If you implanted on sat (when you were spotting) then it would take some time for the HGC to build up in you urine. I would say wait till sat and test again or if you are as anxious as i am you can test every morning till you get a positive!! Good Luck!
