Trying to Conceive - March 2007

I have my periods on the 8th of every month, it last for 7 days, so basically it ends on the 15th. When is the best time to try for a baby?

thank everyone for answering all of my questions about pregnancy and ovulation. My period was due on the 4th and I just started this morning. So it was only 2 days late. I got my hopes all up for nothing But it was weird I had all the symptoms of being pregnant. Thank you again everyone!!!! God Bless.

I am not sure if i m pregnant. My period usually doesn't arrive late.Now it's 1 week ++ late. But I planned to go for UPT in another 2 weeks time. Before that, I would like to know, from those experienced mothers, any obvious signs occur during first 3 weeks of pregnancy and what are they? Thanks.

My husband and I are trying to conceive. I just started what I think to be my period this morning, a whole 3 days late. I have very regular periods and PMS including tender breasts, moodiness, etc. This time, I had NO PMS symptoms and nothing to indicate my period was coming. I have had an increased apetite, strange breast pains, fatigue, and strange light-headedness/queeziness if I stand up too long. I have not been under any stress lately and have not taken anything that would affect my period (like birth control). Is it possible that I am pregnant? Can you be pregnant and still have a period, and if so, how common is it?

i feel pregnant right now i have sore breasts,nausea,fatigue you name it i have it constant cramping ive had this for about 1 week now i took hpt this morning not with fmu though it was negative.
on the box it says you can test about 3 days befor an expected period with fmu i think mine is due in around 3 days.
there was nothing on the test not even the faintest line anybody else had any experience am i testing to early thanks

I was 6 weeks pregnant when i had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago almost 3 it was on the 17th February. I was bleeding for 7 days. once the bleeding stopped i been having unprotected sex since then. is it possible to get pregnant before your period after a miscarriage???

I came off the mini pill cerazetta on the 14th feb. Not had a period while i was on it for 9 months. Today i started bleeding, but does this mean im ovulating normally again and i have my periods back?

i am due my period today but last 4 days been feeling really nausea, aching breast mild cramps which i dont normally get before hand, nearly passed out 3 times yesterday aswell, i have done a test today which is neg, but before i felt sick ect didnt think i would be pregnant becouse we missed ovulation time, last intercourse was on the 23rd feb and i was ment to ovulate on the 21st feb should i test in a few days or just pass it off as a bug

I am in a very serious relationship with an older man. He had a vasectomy 16 years ago. We have talked about trying reversal in the future because I would still like children and we are both on the same page with that talk. But I am now 2 weeks late and could have signs of pregnancy or could be reading into it to much. What are the chances of a pregnancy that long after a vasectomy?

hi all, just hoping for some advice. I lost our baby last october - how long should we wait? this may sound silly to many of you but i reallydont want to be having children after the age of 30, especially as i have heard that the rate of miscarriage increses after the age of 30 (based on the male)? i am 25, going on 26, and my parter is 29, almost 30 (next month). I am scared that if we have alresdy miscarried, and that the rate of miscarriage inceases especially if the male is in his 30's .... and he is not ready yet? our baby that i lost was a surprise, completely unexpected.... but i am too scared to wait longer to lose it again? honestl i am really thinking that if it odesnt happen soon i really wont let it happen?
i guess i am just one of those mums who thinks their children should have their parents around for a decent amount of time... my dad died when i was 7 - he was 49 - dont want to leave my little ones like that, guess i have a fear of dying young

I took the First Response pregnancy test this morning and it came out negative. But recently I have been gagging and throwing up after I eat certain foods, mainly chicken, (and I love eating chicken) And it is not like me to throw up. Also when I don't eat I start to feel nauseous, I have also been sleeping a lot lately. And I have been feeling like this the past three weeks and the nausea didn't start till two weeks ago. My period started Friday afternoon but it was brown spotting and a little blood and Sunday morning it was done. And usually my period are 5 to 6 days and heavy the first two days. In my family it is known to have your period the first couple of months during pregnancy. So I do not know whats going on. So is there a chance the test could be a false negative? Are the hCG levels high enough to be detected on a home pregnancy test or do I have to take a blood test. Thanks.

I took clomid from CD 5-9 and am currently on CD30. My preg test today was negative. Is there still a chance that I am pregnant?? My periods are really irregular. According to the charts I could have ovulated any where from19th Feb to 25th feb.

I found out I was pregnant 3 days after my husband left for Iraq, and miscarried at 8 weeks. It has been since Feb 2006 that I miscarried, and now that he is back I just want to be pregnant. They say that you should just have fun with it and let it happen, not to think about it. But it has been something I have thought about for the past year. How do I not think about it?!?! I know there is no way anyone can really tell me what to do, but it is getting frustrating thinking about it all the time and everytime I feel a little different, I think...hmm, maybe I am pregnant. Anyone been through the same?

I got pregnant with my son the first time I tried with my ex husband and with my new husband its been 9 months. WE have both been tested and everthing came out ok. I know when im ovulating and make sure we have sex every other day up untell after I ovulate exactly what the docter told us to do. I use ovulation test also just to make sure I do it when I ovulate. Ok so I was just woundering if anyone else has had a child and than had a hard time with there second one. I know that I am so blessed to be able to have my son but my husband has no kids and we want one together. I want to experiece it with him.

i just went to the bathroom and in the toilet was this slimy, clear and red tissue-like "thing" in the water...it looks like it could've been a clot like from a heavy period, but since im not bleeding heavy and a little "lighter" than light than thats what it came out to look like..any thought???


like i said, "period" came today, but since early afternoon has been really light and pink; hasent gotten darker or heavier yet.

tommrow is 14 day OPK are neg, does this mean that ovulation is not coming on 14 day? i have tested everyday same time and checking temp staying around 97.7-97.9? any ideas that i might ovulate on 15day? Help i also been using Pre-seed so i hope that is helping, and i have notice discharge tonight chunky stick like lotion almost like egg whites (but not white,) like tan color. Did i ovulate already?

increase my dosage if I do not get pregnant this time. He said I am responding to the clomid now (I had two eggs on my right side of the ovary and none on my left side when we did a vaginal ultrasound) so if the clomid does not work, I would have an adverse reaction if he increased the dosage. So if I am not pregnant this time than I would need to try different medication instead of a higher strength of clomid. what do you think about this?

I Just took an (hpt) and once again it was neg. I just don't get it, i try to do everything right i am a christian woman who loves the lord and her husband.I have been saved for a good while now, and i do try to do everything like the bible says.It hurts me to my heart to know that i just can't seem to have something that i want so dearly.And what hurts even worse is that it seems that everybody around me is gettinng pregnant, all my cousins whom i grew up with, my sistersand brothers all children everyone but me.I even have teenage nieces who are pregnant and at the same time,i try not to be jealous especially when i'm around them but it's so hard.especially when i see them enjoying their pregnancy and when the daddy's are spoiling them and rubbing their pregnant stomach.I'll be grateful for just one child.i'm so hurt and heartbroken now i'msitting here crying my eyes out.I guess i'll just give up forget about it, but it's not fair. What did i do wrong, am i being punished? why me?why
