it is possible to feel pregnant before a positive hpt. But that can be due to a number of things, sometimes a bad case of pms!!

However, to ensure a true reading wait until your period is late before you decide to test, your body may not have produced enough hcg's in order to test positive yet depending on when you ovulate!

If I were you I would wait until your at lest one week past due for your period . I had taken an HPT and I was only 1 day late and it came up negative. I looked at it from the left , from the right , up close and far away. The reason that I did that was because I just felt pregnant and couldn't believe that the test came out to be negative. I waited a week later and I saw a faint and I mean a faint line which could only be seen when I tilted the test stick slightly to the side. I took the other test the next day and the same thing happened, it was slightly pink. I went to the store and bought a digital test the next day so that way I could be positive with the words popping up at me. I took it and it said pregnant. That was almost 8 months ago so, if I were you I would wait about a week and take another test and it doesn't have to be with the first morning urine but the HCG level is stronger. As you can see your answer to your question is yes, you can have symptoms before you take a test. Most women do get symptoms before they test and that is why they test . Good luck to you.

This is from personal experience...I was feeling usual PMS and my period was coming due but the symptoms did not go away. So, I started testing. I took 3 tests from the same box and they all said negative. But something just didn't seem right. So, I went and bought the one that says "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant". I took it and it instantly said "Pregnant". I took it about 4 days prior to the onset of my period. You can wait or you can keep testing. It is up to you. My suggestion, if you want to keep testing, is buy another kind of test.

unfortunately our brains can create a pregnancy that isn't real.To the point where u can have every symptom going but a baby in your tummy.bcuz u want this your brain is tricking your body into believing you r pregnant. Also sometime a test is not accurate, especially the over the counter ones.I would recommend going to a doctor for a test.I have used the most expensive over the counter test and it has said positive and then the next day I got my period so I would never trust them again.Just in case it's not something else wrong u should see a doctor immediately to b sure your ok.

Testing early with those tests is only 60% effective. Just wait until you're late.

Theres really no pregnancy symptoms that are different than PMS, you can get new ones at any time, but it doesnt mean you arent pregnant.

Wait and test again.

you could be having a bad case of PMS but then again I felt everything very early I wasn't even due to start for another week when I had blood work done at the doctors and found out I was pregnate. Later I found out I felt everything early because i was pregnate with twins.

the most accurate pregnancy tests are done by doctors (blood test I think) those over the counter tests aren't 100%...so yes its possible to be pregnant and still have a negative result...Congratulations....if you feel pregnant and got all the symptoms...it probably means your pregnant...
