increase my dosage if I do not get pregnant this time. He said I am responding to the clomid now (I had two eggs on my right side of the ovary and none on my left side when we did a vaginal ultrasound) so if the clomid does not work, I would have an adverse reaction if he increased the dosage. So if I am not pregnant this time than I would need to try different medication instead of a higher strength of clomid. what do you think about this?

As long as you are responding (ovulating) on the 50mgs of clomid then there is no reason to up the dose or change your meds.
