Your doctor will actually need to call them and place the order and they will call you.

Oddly enough, I got my Follistim cheaper at my "neighborhood" pharmacy, the ones owned individually and not by those big corporate guys. WalMart wouldn't even order it for me.
Since it is not something they carry on a regular basis, you need to let them know asap that you need it filled. It took about 24 hours for him to call me and let me know it was in. Unfortunately, I needed it for the next month, also. I just called him up and let him know and he ordered it before he saw the script.
Beware that the follistim is a bit pricy at around $75 per vial. I had sticker shock when the pharmacy assistant told me the total price of $462. Yes, they ran my insurance. I literally broke down and started crying in the middle of the pharmacy. I looked like such an idiot that the Pharmacist pulled me into his office and filled my bag with free syringes (he should have charged me for), gave me water and tried to calm me down, lol.
Now, when I go in with my daughter he calls her the Follistim Baby!
PS~~~ Ask your doctor if he has samples. Turns out mine did and was able to give me 4 vials, bringing my price down trememdously the second month.
Good luck to you!!!
