There is no telling. I wouldn't think it has anything to do with his age, old men get women pregnant all the time and he isn't all that old. Go to a fertility person. Maybe something has happened that makes it harder for you to get pregnant again.

47 isn't old for a man to be fathering children at all, and since sperm are constantly manufactured from scratch in a man's body (unlike eggs in a woman's, that are there since birth) then it's unlikely your ages have anything to do with it as such.
If you ahve been unsuccessful for 4 years then it's time you sought professional help rather than asking untrained people on a website.
A fertility specialist will go through everything with you, firstly confirming that you are timing intercourse correctly (you would ne suprised how many people get this wrong - easy to fix) and then performing some basic tests, probably the first being a sperm count/quality. This is because it is simple, straightforward and non-invasive. All they need is a semen sample.
Go and have a talk to your family doctor - it's strange that you have let it go on for this long without intervention. If there is a problem, the quicker you find out the quicker you can work on treatment, whatever that may be.

Fertility does decline w/ age, even in men. However, men are generally more fertile in their later years than women are at the same age.
I highly recommend charting your fertility signs. Your chart can tell you when you are fertile, when you are not, when you are ovulating, when to expect your next period, and when to suspect pregnancy. Your chart can also tell you if there are issues delaying conception or causing difficulty w/ carrying a pregnancy and if there are serious issues which need a doc's attention.
Some good sources for charting your fertility signs: Fertilityfriend.com (free software as well as a pay-for version and on-line charting turorial); ovusoft.com (discussion boards for many fertility related issues, much info on fertility after the pill, and a very good software for purchase). The books Taking Charge of Your Fertility (associated w/ the the ovusoft website and software), The Art of Natural Family Planning, and Garden of Fertility

i don't think of something in any respect. he's a grown up, and he made a decision. He slept along with her, and he or she have been given pregnant. of course, she wasn't so previous that she could not nonetheless have toddlers. they're married, so it somewhat is unlike he's having a newborn on the sly or cheating on you presently, is it? What he does along with his existence and who he spends it with somewhat isn't any situation of yours now. you do not somewhat be attentive to what is going on with them, what they planned or did not plan, so throwing around the accusation that she's basically a "gold digger" is extremely pointless.

It could possibly be due to his age. Have you tried taking fertility drugs? My dad was 52 when I was born and 55 when my brother was born, so I don't think that would be the reason. Figure out when the 3 middle days of your cycle is and that's when you can concieve.

interesting, I assumed the 25 year old was the man. Maybe that's because I'm a 41 year old woman married to a 28 year old man....

Age is not a matter, especially man. Both of you have to eat right diet and plan for right timing for you to get pregnant.

No, he's still pumping....try invitro or alternate methods....guys don't stop making juice. Unless he's like Hank Hill with a narrow urethra he's still going strong. Go see a doctor!
