Trying to Conceive - February 2007

I got married in December and my husband and I are planning to conceive. I will stop taking repress medication on 18.03.
I have read baby can come very soon after stopping the meds. We are hoping to conceive in the beginning of April. Is it unrealistic ? What can we do to improve the chances of pregnancy ?

i just found out that i have herpes, and i would still like to have a baby. is there anyone out there that has done this with success? Did you have to have a C-section? Did your baby get herpes?

I'm 26 yrs. old and My DH and I are trying to get pregnant. I miscarried in Sept. so we are hoping this is it but i'm unsure. I'm 12 DPO and I started getting brown discharge this morning. It's now 1:45 and it has stopped. I started cramping 4 days ago like I was going to start my period but I havn't yet. Today thru Wed is usually when I start. Can anyone help me with the Brown discharge? I havn't had that before so I was wondering if theres a chance I could be pregnant? The cramps are messing me up to. As I only start getting cramps the day before. The cramps have lessed as well. I'm at a total loss. Can anyone give me some answers?

to conceive and I got my period tday.I am curious this is my fifth month trying and first month charting....I had intercourse 3 days brfore my dip and then the day of my dip and then 2 days after am I jsut missing this egg or what??? In Canada you can't do anything until 1 year of trying but I am so discouraged.i have done it every 2 days I have done it every day ....what else can I do to catch the egg??I drink 2 cups of coffee a day or so not even could this be it??Help!!

last pill starting day one of not having sex or day 10 11 12 than start on day 13? And are your chances greater for pregnancy on clomid I ovulated before I was on it and got pregnant but my baby was lost at 6 months to something that will never happen again and I wanted to get pregnant faster so my OB put me on this since we had been trying for 3 months and nothing and the first time it took 1 month. My Partner and i are ttc and i ov'd about 5 days ago - all the usual symptoms for me - sore (.)(.) and cramping for about 2 days which stopped ... - and now i have sore (.)(.) again and cramping similar to period - but not as strong - could this be the egg attaching? i am very excited that it may be - but also aware i may be acting too soon and need to chill a bit - or rather a lot!! lol

I hear about all these people who take preg test have only 10 days of ovulating...Today was my 10 day and I took a test and it was negative.,..Is it possible its stil to early? I ovulate on my 10 day of my cycle...but my period isn't til march 1 still...I am on a 30 day cycle? I have had alot of the symptoms and I just dont feel like myself...You can't pretend your nauested!!!! Plus I believe i had implantation bleeding when I would wipe for 3 days....and i'm always normal so i know it wasn't my period. Ive been regular for 12 years

I was due for my period on friday and most months i am late so not normally a big deal for me but this month as well as getting cramps (cramps not as bad as most months-had no cramping today) i have been getting sharp pains every now and then on right hand side like i'm going to ovulate again. I have never experienced this before. I have taken preg test yesterday morning, which was negative so don't think i am preg. So is it possible that i am ovulating twice this month? I have been cramping and I am 2 days late on my period. I took my my basal temp and it is still high so I know that I am not going to start today either. I am just scared to take a pregnancy test for fear I will start my period and it will come up negative. At a loss and not sure what to do.

Last night I found out from a doctor that I could possible be pregnant. She said there was a slight positive line. I took a home test this morning and it was the same "slight" line. However, I've been cramping today as if I could start my period. Is it possible that I could be pregnant even though I'm cramping?

ive been off the pill for about 4 months now....and still nothing, we already have a baby boy and he's almost one now and we want our children close in age...so me & my husband are trying to have another baby and we were wondering how long it can take? and if anyone has some tips that helped them conceive faster? thanks.

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since November 2006. My last period was Jan 18. I've had terrible headaches for about 3 weeks so I decided to go to the doctor last night (Feb 17). Before she gave me any prescriptions, she did a pregnancy test just to make sure. Well after about 10 minutes she came back in and told me there was a slight positive line. Needless to say, I could not get any medicine to help my headache. She told me to take a home test the next morning because it may be a stronger positive. As we were leaving the Dr. office, all of the nurses came out to congratulate me. Well after a sleepless night for me and my husband, I took the test. After about a minute or so I looked and it said negative. I was pretty disappointed and tossed it in the trash. But like so many times before, I got it out of the trash a couple minutes later and there was a VERY slight line. Also, I have been cramping a little, not much. Can I be pregnant or am I just wanting it to much?

My cycles usually are either 30 or 42 days (out of the past year only 2 have been 42 days). Do I take a pregnancy test after 30 days, or do I wait until after 42 days? If I were having a 30 days cycle, I'd be 2 days late.

I finally had my period, it was a day or 2 late i think, but it only lasted for 1 1/2 days. It usually last 4 days. I took a preg test evening of the 15, and morning of 16, both were negtive. I started to spot alittle bit in the afternoon/ evening of the 16th. Had a full, med.-heavy flow on 17th, but by the late evening of 17th and today, its back to light and spotting. Any advice?

We've decided to try for baby #2 so I'm going in to have my IUD removed..I have the copper something or rather type of IUD, I don't remember the pharmecutical given name but I do know that it is the one that is completely free of any & all hormones (the copper in the IUD kill the sperm for those who may have been wondering how this contraceptive works). So my question is this..knowing that the IUD I have is free of hormones my body really shouldn't have to do much to adjust after I have it removed other than healing a little bit from having a foreign object in it, should it?! And if this is the case, how long, (on average) I know every situation is different) should it take for me to conceive again...I realize I could conceive in the 1st month, if I got an ovulation kit & tried every trick & tip out there but I guess it's not so important that we conceive right away but more so having an idea of long it could take and/or what to expect..I appreciate any & all comments anyone may have.

Does anyone know about mittelschmerz, ovulation pain? I am interested in it. What type of pain is it and where. Also is one ovulatin only when they experience the pain or that whole day?
Any other info. would be interesting as well.
