Im sorry, yet are you able to be any more beneficial insensitive? Like others have suggested, use a condom, yet do not blame your spouse because she needs a kinfolk or can no longer precise take the birth control pill. you want to sit down and characteristic a communication including your spouse about planning a kinfolk in the close to destiny in case you understand that in the present day's no longer the right time. If thats no longer what you want then you quite have higher complications the following.

Talk to your dr. Some ppl after taking the pill it can take up to 12-18mnths to be able to get pregnant again.

ask ur wife to stop taking birth control pills...
then try different sex position....
if ots not working, consult a octor

listen u need to hit it from behind and make sure she stays in a position so gravity does not allow the sperm to fall out of her

perhaps you should talk to your dr... make an appointment and go in together and ask if there is anythign you could do to increase your chances of conceiving....
