Trying to Conceive - January 2007

My husband and I are ttc our first and last night I took 2 preggie tests and they both came up with faint positive symbols. Yippiee because I think we did it but I am worried because I have some cramping going on that feels like I am going to start a period. Do you think it could be just my body adjusting or should I call my Dr. Please help, I need advise!

hello...well i went onto this website and gave them my last 3 months of periods dates..

they said my next one will be the 2nd feb so i will ovulat on the 16th january..

so i have had sex ont he 13th, 15th, 17th would my chance of being preggy be gd?? thanx

I have Polysistic ovarys and have around 2-3 periods a year which i dont complain about but with no periods means no ovulation = no baby any one have any advise other than IVF.

i took a preg test yest and i thought it said neg and i looked at the test again this morn and i see a FAINT LINE saying its POSITIVE???? am i pregnant??????????????

I am 5 days late and have been feeling crampy and tired. I am getting discharge that feels like my period but is just milky/clear and just "feel" pregnant. I've taken a couple tests in the past few days that have all been negative. My sister-in-law had her baby a week ago as did a friend so I've been around a lot of hormone action! I've really been hoping for a baby but I'm not sure if my hormones are just out of whack or if I'm actually pregnant, any advice?

I have been trying to get pregnant for the longest time and nothing seems to be working. I tried every time of the month especially after my period and i just cant make it happen. At first I thought that it was a low sperm count but he got someone pregnant before and now im starting to think its me. I dont know what to do but keep trying. Another questoin....How long does the pills stay in your body after not taking them? Its crazy cuz I wanna have a baby!!! HELP!!!

All of the tests i took during this time has been negative..I bought the "Walgreens brand" ...does that make a difference? should i buy a name brand? or should i just dump them...and not worry so much?? we have only been trying for a few months now but i am getting discouraged.. is there a chance i am not ovulating at all?

Hi everyone,
I have been feeling really nauseous and I am on CD 51 I have been dizzy and having headaches and feeling bloated, lower backache and being very moody (poor hubby)and very tired, I don't have sore breast but I didn't with my last two pregnancies (both ended in m/c). I have never been even close to being this late. But I did a hpt on Saturday and it was negative. I am not under any more stress then normal. I spoke to the doctor and he said to wait another week, but they wont do a blood test. How late were you when you tested positive on a hpt?

Hi everyone,

I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and we were TTC for a fair while, but have put all the stress it brang on hold for a while and stopped TTC so much, but still having unprotected sex.

My periods are always irregular due to the PCOS, however I had a full, proper period, last on the 26th of November, lasting for 5 days, quite heavy.

We have been having unprotected sex since the first few weeks into December, and every now and again since then.

Yesterday, when I went to the loo, there was (sorry, girly ick stuff now!) a tiny streak of pinkish blood in a mass of clear and white discharge.... Only once off, then it went away... Then today, a pale pink discharge after a slight tummy cramp, but then again, nothing again later.

Just a bit weird, doesn't feel like I'm getting my period.

Is such a discharge a sign of pregnancy, and when in their pregnancy it happened to them? I would be 7 weeks if I am preg. and lots say it happens about then.

I did ultrascan and was told by my doc. that follicles of 18mm was found, he adviced me days to have sex with my husband. Eventually i was not pregnant. I have been trying for 2 years, Does this indicate that i have block fallobian tubes?

I have very regular cycle of 27 days and am rarely late. I decided to try and over the counter test to determine when I would ovulate (urine tests) but according to the tests I never ovulated! I know some cycles you dont ovulate and I had food poisoning before Christmas which delayed my period by 4 days but otherwise I had a normal period - is it possible that the test is wrong?

I have a really quick question, and please do not make any rude comments. Because I dont need to have any of that. Ok here is my question. Lets say that you go and buy a pregnancy test, get it home, take a test. And while it is developing, you notice that it is expired. Will that have an effect of the results.
