FOR LONG I HAVE NOT BEEN SEEING EGG WHITE DISCHARGE,WHILE OVULATING, I ALWAYS SEE CREAMY STRETCH DISCHARGE, WHICH DOES NOT ITCH ME AT ALL. DOES THAT INDICATE THAT I DON'T OVULATE? ALSO DURING MY OVULATION PERIOD I ALWAYS EXPERIENCE PAINS BELOW MY ABDOMEN.

If any of your cervical mucus (which is it's name - it is NOT discharge) is stretchy, then it is fertility mucus, I would assume. Perhaps there is some reason why it is "creamy" for you. If you are TTC around your ovulation, then your egg white cervical mucus could be mixing with semen before it appears, hence the reason for it's cloudiness.
Some women do experience mild pain at ovulation time. It's called mittelschmerz.

First and foremost I think you need to see a doctor and be tested for an STD. Discharge is not suppose to itch ever.... if its itchy something is wrong with it...point blank....stretchy discharge is when you are ovulating...IF you are having a period then you have ovulated. The pain is normal, it is when the egg is making its first appearance.
