It's practically impossible to know the precise moment of the start of pregnancy. Doctors take the first day of your last menstrual period before the moment of the striking, or before the day you awaited your next period, and from this date they calculate the probable date of birth of your baby, nine months after. But you can be sure if you're regular in your periods: if you have "relations" in the days of the ovulation, you can say you're pregnant almost sure. The spermatozoids last three days in the vagina and utterus; if you're in the third or four day of ovulation, you can almost be sure you're pregnant. But the most accuracy is waiting for your next period: if this is late, or doesn't appear, a pregnant test is good to know, better if is in blood, in a laboratory. The best is consult your doctor.
Good luck and congratulations if you're pregnant.

You get pregnant at the moment you have intercourse. You just don't know it for about a month.
