quite likely the test is fine the dates are mostly because the gov insists on making a date that things like that expire even if it wont matter. like twinkies, how can they go bad, they are sponges and white glop with the half life of plutonium. if you still arent sure and have your recipt and the box, take it back to the drug store and ask for a new test free, they actually should give it to you. good luck

I would get another one. If its expired, its pretty old and whatever chemical is on the stick may be dried up- i mean, it expires for a reason.
You might also take the empty box back and the receipt and tell them that you want a refund/exchange...surely they won't want the used one...

You do not want to have an inaccurate test to something so important. Buy another brand pf a test and see what happens.

in the instructions it says not to use it if it's expired. i think you should go back to where you got it and inform them thet it's expired and they should give you a new one.
