Trying to Conceive - November 2006

I just finished clomid and was wondering if a blood test can predict ovulation. I tried the kits and they have not showed up anything yet.

i am 4 weeks 2 days pregnant had spotting after sex the dr @ the ER says i have a blood clot on outside of my cervix... he also said it was inflamed...can anyone give me information from experience?

okay i have been sick for 3 weeks i have all the signs of pregnancy . i took the home test and a blood test and both came back that i was not . but could i still find out if im pregnant . i still havent had my period yet not till next week .im 22 i can care for the baby . but if there is some one can help out please do . i will take anyone's advice .

How often should a guy have a sperm count done ? My husband had his done last year and the results were normal, however we have been trying to conceive since 8 months with no luck yet. My labs and physical is normal too.........

I have a 28 day cycle. On day 14 where ovulation begins, if you try and conceive, and lets say "the egg was fertilized" on that day, then on day 28, would this be the time where you would "miss" your first period. Or do you have to wait for the next month?

My husband and I want ti have a baby right away but dont seem to be getting the job done. I know that both of our plumbing works because I have been pregnant before. Need advise on how to boost fertilitly on both ends. Tried the ovulation test not working need some tircks and home remedies. I am on Clomid. My doc did an ultrasound and found a couple follicles that are only around 1cm...i think they should be 2 ideally. This was on Monday. Is there a chance that they will still grow a little and I'll ovulate late...or will they just die off shortly? I guess i'm wondering if they eventually give up and stop growing, or if they will eventually release at a bigger size. Any clomid users have this happen?

I know i have to wait for quite some time before im able to take a home pregnancy test for my hormone levels to provide an accurate answer.. but what about a blood test with my doctor? Is it true that you can only get pregenant on your most fertile days (ovulation)? We are working very hard at all of this and enjoying it all the same!!

I took provera for 7 days, as instructed by my doctor, to get my period. My last pill was taken Tuesday at 11:30pm. Now it is Thurs 6:30pm. How long before I get my period? I guess I have no patience because 5 days after my period, I start for first dose of Clomid to get pregnant, and I am very excited. What do you think?

I have always had regular periods with 27-29 days cycles. I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 7 months. From last month my cycle has changed suddenly. Last month I had my period after 32 days and this month its my 31st day already and no period yet. How can my cycle change suddenly?! I have not been under any stress.

I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive (you could only just see the blue line)
I went to the doctors and they did a blood test. I went back today to get the results and it was negitive.
I don't know what is going on.
Has anyone had this happen to them and they where pregnant?

I had my tubes tied when I was 19, I had them reversed when I was 24 and my ex and I tried invitro - it was not successful, we got a divorce, when I changed partners i got pregnant twice. I had a tubal pregnancy and a miscarriage. I am 36 yro, and I have one tube that was re-attached..Chances of getting pregnant? Because I really, really would love to be.

My husband and I were only 19 and 20 when we got pregnant with our daughter, and rather than be happy for us, our families were freaking out. Well, now our daughter is 20 months old, and they have seen what good parents we are. We want to start trying for baby #2. This time around we know that we will actually hear things like "congratulations!" rather than "oh no!" so we really want to enjoy it and have fun with it. Any good ideas? My only idea is to make cards with our daughters pic on the front saying "Guess what! I'm going to be a big sister!" and then have a copy of the ultrasound, due date, etc, on the inside. And then we would of course send them out to everybody and wait for all the excited phone calls. Do you think thats a fun idea, or have other good ideas?
