my partner and i want a baby, can one of us conceive?

Absolutley...NOT it is very physically impossible for a man to become pregnant, first of all they have to have eggs, and ovaries, which men have neither. im sorry, maybe adoption?

did you really just ask this? No a man cannot concieve or carry a baby. Two gay men can adopt a child (and I wholeheartedly support this). The only other way to "naturally" have a baby is to get a surrogate mother and contribute sperm to the cause... but even then, only one sperm makes a baby, so one of you will be the father and one of you will not.

That is the stupidest question I have ever heard in my life!
Of course two gay men can get each other pregnant, it's two STRAIGHT men that can never concieve a child. Poor straight guys =[
I really wonder how this person was able to figure out how to use a computer in the first place.

I'm not trying to be rude but NO!!!! Think about ! Where the baby going to come from??? It's like math!!! two sperms cant't make a baby but a sperm and a egg conceives! You should have learned this! Do research!

Not unless one of you is a woman... If you want a baby you're going to most likely have to adopt or else one of you will need to find some woman who would want to get pregnant by one of you, have your baby and then just let you have that baby, which is wayyy far out there but there are woman who might do that...
