How far along are you?

If you're early in your pregnancy, the tech won't see anything even if the pregnancy is viable.

Do you have any cramping, any bleeding, did your HCG levels dropped down? And how do you know that you have a m/c?

Vaginal ultrasound should be able to detect the baby during the early weeks.

I also went through a miscarriage in august. There was no baby and doctors did a surgery to remove the pregnancy tissues. I was two months when they did the surgery.

Well if you had some kind of cramps and bleeding it could have been a miscarriage. Unfortunately my husband and I went through that in April of this year.

Sounds like miscarriage if baby could not be seen. Very rarely the scanner cant see it if its very early.

Did the doctor confirm you are pregnant? Did he/she tell you that you had a miscarriage? No one here can tell you anything for sure.
