If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

The simplest factor you can also revel in throughout the primary week. Would be implantation recognizing and/or cramping. Other than that. You most likely don't have another signs till the time you assume/pass over your interval. Then matters like morning illness, fatigue and so forth can begin to floor. With my first being pregnant I had cramping approximately per week earlier than my interval used to be due. And it of direction simply in no way confirmed. With my moment being pregnant I had no signs what so ever till I ignored my interval.

No, you are not pregnant. People can be sick and not be pregnant.
